McNutt’s main goal is to dispel the myth that
meat-free dishes, for the lack of better words,
taste awful. Spiral Diner concentrates on making
high-quality, delicious food that appeals to both
herbivores and omnivores. In addition to a full
coffee and juice bar with a specialty in organic
smoothies, the extensive menu filled with treats
that don’t look or taste like rabbit food will
impress patrons. “I’m not surprised when my
customers tell me they can’t tell the difference
between what they ordered and its non-Vegan
counterparts.”
